All sale items are final sale.
All regular price items are returnable for online store credit or exchange only. We do not offer refunds. Items must be returned within 10 days from the date you receive your order. Unfortunately, we cannot accept anything past this return period. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unscented and all original tags must be attached. Complete the return form you received with your order and ship along with your item(s) to the address on the return form. You will have to return the merchandise at your own expense and we will cover the cost of shipping your new item. If you have requested an exchange for a different size/color that we no longer have in stock you will receive an email with your store credit code to use on a future purchase. Online store credit does not expire. Online orders cannot be exchanged in store.
In the event you receive a defective item please email email@example.com with a photo of the damaged item within 3 days of receipt. After review of the item(s) we will work with our customers 100% by sending a new item or refunding your payment in full after the damaged item is shipped back to us!
We ship through the United States Postal Service. We process items Monday-Friday. This does not include holidays. Please allow 1-5 business days for your item(s) to be shipped.
